Produced from a collective of winegrowers joining force, this Rosado made from Bobal delivers freshness, bright aromas and flavours, and lots to linger over!
A lively pale pink, with flashes of deeper pink in the glass. Raspberry and cherry greet the nose with hints of roses and cloves. Cherry and raspberry sweetness is balanced with good acidity to produce a refreshing mouthfeel and lingering finish.
Bobal is a Spanish grape variety that’s been cultivated in Utiel-Requeña for centuries. The grape bunches resemble a bull’s head, or a “bovale” in Latin, which is how it got its name.
