"HiHi Wines was founded in 2005 as a small boutique winery based out of Gisborne. They produce a variety of aromatic wines from Pinot Gris, Viognier and a really interesting sparkling Albarino as well as this blend of Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay, known as ‘Sweet As’. After 4 years ageing, we think its drinking perfectly now, notes of ripe pineapple, honey, peaches and a cinnamon spice are balanced with great acidity.
