Produced in the Waipara Valley, home to many great aromatic wines, its elegant and refreshing, with notes of lime zest, ripe lemon, and a hint of burnt honey. It’s delicious now and will last a few years, quietly gaining more smoky, mineral notes as it ages. Drink now and into 2025.
