Refreshing bubbles from Aussie. This sparkling brut comes to us from just across the ditch, from one of Australia’s biggest and most well-known winemaking families, De Bortoli. A mix of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are picked once ripe and then pressed before being cold fermented to retain their freshness and flavour. There’s a second ferment in tank which increases the wines complexity and allows the ripe notes of stone fruit and citrus to shine.
