Lucky you! If so, this Chardonnay from the powerhouse De Bortoli family in Australia will match perfectly with whatever you decide to create with it. Pale, pale yellow in the glass its made to be drunk young and fresh – hints of pear and stone fruits, alongside a dash of buttery oak (a result of the partial malolactic fermentation) are well balanced on the palate. Its soft and easy and perfect as a mid-week quaffer. Match that avo with some roast chicken for dinner, or in your favourite salad for a light lunch. - 16/20, Wine Central Tasting Panel
Very pale straw with a green tinge. Tight, fresh pear and stone fruit scents balanced with a subtle hint of cashewy oak. This wine displays early picked peach and melon notes carried on a weighty palate, culminating in a fresh & crisp finish with the most interesting of oak nuances.
