The Black Hole Chard and 'Noir have been a hit so we snapped up some Sav stock too!
"While Black Hole is mostly known for its Chardonnay, we’ve also managed to get our hands on some of their 2018 Sauv Blanc which is killer on both the nose and palate. Waipara, just north of Canterbury, produces grapes with great depth of flavour and intensity of taste. The Sauv’s from here are known for their lip smacking lime zest acidity and tropical flavour profile. Black Holes 2018 is filled with passionfruit, pink guava and lemon and will go great this summer.
